These products include a variety of materials needed for information equipments in the area of IT devices, including mobile phones, digital cameras, and PCs whose designs are rapidly diversifying, as well as thin-film coating technology, including the decorative deposition process, the EMI shielding process, and UV coating.
Materials Contract Manufacturing
- We carry out casting processing using materials that improve the functionality of various IT information electronic devices to attain smaller and lighter bodies, as well as the development of metal housings such as aluminum and SUS housings, variable torque parts, hinges, and more.
Deposition Contract Manufacturing
- We strive to develop environmental friendly products, including the decorative deposition process that employs mainly a discontinuous deposition method for decorating information electronic devices, the EMI shielding process for preventing EMI noise, and the optical thin film process such as dichroic deposition.
