CBC Group has acquired Biopol, a Dutch company, effective December 19, 2025.
Biopol, founded in 1989, is a distributor of beneficial insects that serve as natural enemies of pests in order to reduce pests without using pesticides.
With this acquisition, we will deepen synergies with Bioplanet in Italy, a beneficial insect manufacturer within CBC Group, and further strengthen its bio-pesticide business in Europe.
