Sustainability Policy
We , the CBC Group,will work to address social issues such as human rights and the environment under appropriate governance to achieve the sustainable development of our company and a sustainable society, based on our corporate philosophy of “Co-existence and Co-prosperity/Dream Together.”
1. Governance of This Policy Top management will be responsible for guiding and supervising initiatives related to this policy.
2. Identification of Material Issues We will identify material issues in our business activities that are essential to the realization of our corporate philosophy. We will incorporate these identified material issues into our business plans and work to address them.
3. Initiatives for Society We will regard respect for human rights as one of the most important issues in our management and conduct fair and equitable business activities.
4. Environmental Initiatives We recognize that the preservation of the global environment is one of the most important issues facing humanity, and we will comply with environmental laws and regulations while conducting business activities that take into consideration climate change, water resources, biodiversity, and other environmental issues.
5. Education and Disclosure
We will provide appropriate education to employees to ensure that business activities incorporating this policy are promoted.
We will also disclose non-financial information appropriately.

An international framework that evaluates corporate responses to climate change and water resource management and encourages disclosure of environmental information.
An international certification that evaluates corporate sustainability across four areas: environment, labor, ethics, and procurement.
A system for scientifically setting and approving greenhouse gas emission reduction targets based on the Paris Agreement.
An international certification scheme to ensure the sustainability of biomass and recycled resources.
An international organization promoting the production and use of palm oil that respects the environment and human rights.
A system certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for companies that promote employee health maintenance and enhancement from a management perspective.
An international standard for “Environmental Management Systems” that enable companies and organizations to conduct environmentally conscious activities.
